At present, the output power of the heater is stable, and the temperature of each bed of the reactor is significantly increased after the transformation, and the temperature of the catalyst bed is increased from 450 °C to 480 °C, which meets the process design requirements

This technical transformation not only ensures that the sideline device meets the design requirements of catalyst evaluation, but also facilitates the comparative test of domestic and imported catalysts under the same conditions, and also provides a basis
for the study of the impact of process conditions on catalyst activity.
