LyondellBasell Completes Acquisition
of Shulman Corporation Lyondell Basell today announced that it has completed its acquisition of Shulman Corporation (A.
Schulman).

The acquisition more than doubles LyondellBasel's existing plastic compounding capacity while broadening the company's presence into growing, high-margin end markets
such as automotive, construction materials, electronics and packaging.
