Arkema to acquire Lambson Arkema said it would acquire Wetherby-based specialty chemicals maker Lambson

.
Lambson specializes in light inhibitors for curing for markets
such as electronics, 3D printing, digital inks, composites and performance coatings.
Arkema expects to close the transaction in the fourth quarter of 2019, subject to approval from the relevant national antitrust authorities, without disclosing the purchase price or other terms of
the acquisition.

Arkema said the acquisition will accelerate the growth of its Sartomer division in the light-curable resins market while strengthening Sartomer's product portfolio
