    Lambson specializes in light inhibitors for curing for markets
    such as electronics, 3D printing, digital inks, composites and performance coatings.
    Arkema expects to close the transaction in the fourth quarter of 2019, subject to approval from the relevant national antitrust authorities, without disclosing the purchase price or other terms of
