LANXESS reorganizes its water treatment technology business
On July 20, Lanxess announced that it will reorganize its water treatment technology business to focus on ion exchange resins and expand its product line, focusing on high-end applications
.
LANXESS will sell its reverse osmosis membrane business to SUEZ as part of
the restructuring.
The two companies have signed the agreement on July 15, but did not disclose the purchase price, and the transaction is expected to close
by the end of this year.

LANXESS Specialty Chemicals.
