2020 Global Top 50 Chemical Industry announced

On July 27, the US "Chemical and Engineering News" (C&EN) released the list of the top 50 global chemical companies in 2020
.
Among the top 50 companies, there are 10 in the United States, 8 in Japan, 6 in Germany, 4 in South Korea, and 2 in the United Kingdom, Belgium and France
.

With the spin-off of DowDuPont, BASF regains the top spot; Sinopec won the runner-up, up one place from the previous year; The third runner-up is Dow after
the spin-off.

BASF ranked first with chemical sales of $66.
4 billion in 2019, down 5.
