ExxonMobil expands Beaumont polyethylene production line July 24 ExxonMobil has begun production of a new high-performance polyethylene production
line
at its polyethylene (PE) plant in Beaumont, Texas.
The new 650,000-tonne plant will increase Beaumont's production of granular and granulated PE by 65%, bringing the overall capacity to nearly 1.
7 million tons

The expansion is part of
ExxonMobil's 10-year, $20 billion "Gulf Growth" investment plan, first announced in 2017.
