Rare earth permanent magnets scale

The Ministry of Science and Technology recently organized an expert group to Ningbo Jinji NdFeB Strong Magnetic Materials Co.
, Ltd.
to conduct on-site acceptance
of the key technologies for large-scale preparation of hot-pressed rare earth permanent magnets, a major project of the national "863".
The research group successfully solved the uniformity and cracking problems of heat-deformed magnets, greatly improved the magnetic energy product and preparation efficiency of magnets, developed four types of magnets to meet the requirements of 17 performance indicators stipulated in the contract, and established an industrialization demonstration line
with an annual output of 100,000 radiation-oriented permanent magnet rings.
