Evonik completes construction of the PA12 integrated production site

On July 9, Evonik announced that its new integrated polyamide 12 (PA12) production plant in the Marr Chemical Park in Germany has completed construction and is expected to be operational
within the year.

Evonik says the new integrated production plant has been completed
in less than two years.
At present, the production units will gradually be put into normal operation, and it is expected to be fully operational
in the fourth quarter.
The plant created 120 new high-skilled jobs and increased Evonik's total PA12 production capacity by more than
50 percent.
With an investment of almost 500 million euros, Evonik is the largest investment in Germany to date, and the Marr site in Germany will become Evonik's largest PA12 integrated production site
in the world.
