    of electric vehicles.

    WACKER's newly developed SEMICOSIL Paste 30 TC and SEMICOSIL®®Paste 40 TC are one-component, non-curing, low-stress pastes with thermal conductivity of 3.

    The new ELASTOSIL®RT 76XX TC series thermally conductive potting adhesive is a two-component plus molded silicone rubber, which can be cured at room temperature and has a thermal
    conductivity between 1~2W/mK.
    The product has low viscosity and good fluidity, suitable for potting complex structures, and can be used for thermal management
    of electric vehicle 48-volt batteries, on-board chargers and power conversion modules.
    This series of potting compounds can maintain elasticity in the range of -50°C~180°C to meet the long-term reliability requirements of
    electric vehicles.

    SEMICOSIL®96X TC series thermal caulk can form a soft, elastic and surface adhesion silicone elastomer through addition curing reaction at room temperature, with thermal conductivity between 2~3.
