Solvay Group is again selling its PVC business
in Brazil, Solvay has agreed to sell a 50% stake
in PVC blender Dacarto Benvic to its joint venture partner.
This marks part of
its exit from the PVC market.
All approvals for the transaction are expected to be completed by the end of this year
.

Previously, Solvay sold its PVC business
in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
