DOMO has announced
plans to close its third biaxially oriented nylon film (BOPA) production line
in Leuna, Germany, in August.
The plan will not affect other operations at
the Leuna plant.
The company explained that this difficult decision
was made due to BOPA's global overcapacity.
However, DOMO's BOPA business remains a key asset
.
