7 Billion Agreement
Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) announced on June 23 that it has reached a total of $20.
7 billion with a consortium of six global investors, the largest global energy deal so far this year and the largest energy infrastructure investment ever made in
the region.

As part of the agreement, the consortium will invest $10.
1 billion to acquire a 49 percent stake in the newly formed ADNOC Gas Pipeline Assets, plus leases for 38 pipelines
.
ADNOC will hold a 51% stake in the subsidiary and retain ownership
of the pipelines.
