Domestic propylene membrane modules are comparable to imported products
Recently, the project of "Development and Application of Membrane Propylene Recovery Technology for Polypropylene Plant" was successfully tested on the exhaust gas compressor C-901 of Guangzhou Petrochemical No.
1 polypropylene plant, which is the first successful application
of domestic membrane in the domestic polypropylene plant propylene membrane recovery.
The project is a 2012-2013 science and technology development project of Sinopec, which is jointly undertaken
by Guangzhou Petrochemical, a company in Dalian and Dalian University of Technology.
After 50 days of testing, the results show that compared with similar imported products, the performance of domestic 0.
2 roll membrane module in terms of component recovery, concentration value and calculated C3/N2 selectivity fully reaches the level of imported membrane, while the price of domestic membrane is less than half
of imported membrane.
Through the preferential selectivity and permeability of propylene recycling membrane to propylene, it can effectively separate propylene monomer and nitrogen in the polymerization reaction process, significantly reduce the production unit consumption of products, and reduce air pollutant emissions, which is of great
significance for the petrochemical industry to achieve energy conservation and efficiency.
The success of this domestic film test can not only greatly reduce the procurement cost of equipment, but also provide experience
for the localization of propylene recycling film for similar devices in China.
