tackled the ammonia burning process of sulfur recovery device, successfully introduced crude ammonia gas of sewage stripping device directly into the sulfur furnace for incineration, reduced the ammonia load of sewage stripping device by 38%, steadily decreased the liquid level of sulfur-containing sewage storage tank, shortened the maintenance time of ammonia refining system equipment, ensured the stable operation of equipment and the quality of liquid ammonia products, and realized the comprehensive utilization of
sulfur-containing sewage.
Affected by the increase in crude oil processing capacity and high chlorine oil, the treatment load of sulfur-containing sewage in Jingmen Petrochemical has been large, and the status quo of 3 sets of sewage stripping units sharing 1 set of ammonia refining system makes the total treatment capacity unable to be increased, resulting in high storage of sulfur-containing sewage
.
The research team made full use of the existing conditions to formulate a plan
to send the crude ammonia gas at the side line of the stripper to the sulfur recovery plant for incineration after three cold and three parts.
The technician adjusted the acid gas into the furnace 401 process, put into use the flow control system in the middle of the furnace, and increased the furnace temperature to ensure the decomposition
of ammonia gas through flow adjustment.
Since the low temperature and high concentration of crude ammonia gas is easy to react with hydrogen sulfide to form ammonium salt, direct entry into the furnace will also lead to insufficient oxygen supply in the furnace, incomplete decomposition of ammonia gas, the research team added a crude ammonia and acid gas mixing pipeline and hot wire in front of the furnace process transformation, so that crude ammonia and hydrogen sulfide in the pipeline higher than the decomposition temperature of ammonium salt pre-mixed to reduce the concentration and then enter the furnace, synchronously increase the air volume and distribution ratio
of the furnace.
