Basic research on the efficient conversion of biomethane was launched
Recently, the basic research project on the efficient conversion of several processes in biomethane systems was officially launched
at Nanjing University of Technology.
The biomethane process is an effective way
to control environmental pollution caused by biomass such as pig manure and straw, obtain methane and organic fertilizer at the same time, and realize the coordinated development of energy, environment and resources.
However, at present, both at home and abroad, they are facing the embarrassing situation
of slow gas production rate, high process energy consumption, and inability to achieve the development of their own hematopoiesis.
Starting from the basis of thermodynamics, the project will innovatively study several processes of biomethane system - reaction, separation, as well as the limits of material conversion and energy utilization in the system and the efficient and rapid conversion mechanism, and strive to form a number of high-level major achievements
that have an impact on China's economy and major basic research.
