Total Energies acquires a portion of Clearway
Total Energies announced an agreement with Global Infrastructure Partner (GIP) to acquire a 50% stake
in Clearway Energy Group, the fifth-largest renewable energy company in the United States.
This is TotalEnergies' largest acquisition
of renewable energy assets in the United States.
The acquisition brings Total Energy's renewable energy portfolio to more than 25GW in the U.
