DSM sells its advanced solar backsheet business to Worthen Industries

On June 3, DSM (DSM) announced that it has completed the sale of its Advanced Solar business of its backplane products to Worthen Industries, Inc.
, with the proposed transaction announced
on March 11, 2021.

The transfer of DSM's remaining solar backsheet business follows the sale of DSM's solar coatings business to Covestro as part of
a broader agreement to sell DSM's resins and functional materials business.
