Hurst plans to buy Paris Structil SA Composites maker HEXCEL said it plans to buy small Paris-based composites maker Structil SA
at a price that has not yet been announced and is expected to close
before the end of this year.
Structil, a joint venture between the Safran Group in Paris and Mitsubishi Chemical Chemical, had sales of approximately $21 million in 2016 and a product line that includes prepregs and structural adhesives
for aircraft interiors and military aircraft.
