Clariant supplies catalysts for the Australian Green Hydrogen Project
On May 18, Clariant announced that its ammonia synthesis catalyst "AmoMax-Casale" has been selected for a major groundbreaking green ammonia project
.
The project is jointly developed
by The Hydrogen Utility (H2U), Australia's leading green hydrogen infrastructure developer, and Casali.
AmoMax-Casale is a tailor-made product based on Casali ammonia synthesis circuit process technology and is therefore the best choice
for Casali green ammonia projects.
The catalyst has excellent activity, stability and energy efficiency, and the project will start with H2U's two pilot plants in South Australia and expand to other plants
.
Clariant and Casali have jointly developed a customized version of the AmoMax-Casale catalyst
for the Casali ammonia synthesis reactor.
While maintaining the same excellent anti-aging, anti-toxicity and mechanical strength, the activity of AmoMax-Casale is greatly improved
.
