Huntsman Completes Acquisition
of CVC Thermoset Specialty Materials
Huntsman announced May 18 that it has completed its acquisition
of CVC Thermoset Specialty Materials.
Under the terms of an agreement announced on March 16, 2020, to acquire CVC Thermoset Specialty Materials, Huntsman acquired the business for approximately $300 million, subject to final adjustments
based on changes in working capital and debt.
