ExxonMobil Catalysts & Technologies Licensing and BASF have signed an alliance agreement to jointly develop new gas treatment absorbents and process technologies
in natural gas processing and petroleum refining.
Under the new agreement, BASF will be responsible for the technology developed through the collaboration, as well as the marketing and licensing
of FLEXSORBTM and OASE technologies.
