Xeromann joined Bayer in 1999 and Bayer MaterialScience in 2004, where he has accumulated extensive and detailed business knowledge

Since 2008, he has held various management positions in the Polycarbonates business unit in Asia, including Global Industry Market Leader
.
In 2013~2015, Xeroilemann led the entire polycarbonates business unit and was subsequently appointed to the Covestro Management Board and subsequently joined the Covestro Management Board
in 2015.
Currently, Xeroilemann is responsible for the Innovation and Polyurethanes business
on the Management Board.
