China has achieved the world's first biosyngas to oil

Recently, a pilot system with a main reactor of 100 liters of syngas to oil has achieved more than two months of continuous operation and oil output at a pilot base in Hubei, marking a revolutionary breakthrough in China's coal chemical industry and coal clean and efficient utilization technology, which means that China's coal chemical industry technology innovation capabilities continue to maintain an advanced level
worldwide.

The system consists of
three parts: syngas generation section, biological fermentation section and product reprocessing section.
In the biological fermentation section, carbon monoxide, hydrogen and carbon dioxide in syngas are first converted into acetic acid, which is then converted into unsaturated long-chain oils
.
The grease can be further processed into liquid fuels such as bio-jet coal, diesel and gasoline, as well as chemical products
such as base oils and lubricants.
At the same time, the technology has also realized the pilot scale-up of coke oven gas bio-processed oil production in the large-scale chemical plant of Shanxi Lu'an Group, and the next industrialization cooperation plan
is currently being planned.
