In recent years, in the face of the market demand for insufficient self-sufficiency in phenolacetone, Jilin Petrochemical Company has carried out two capacity expansion transformations of phenolacetone equipment to improve the efficiency of
the plant 。 "The main purpose of this technical transformation is to better optimize the operating state of the device after the expansion and transformation", Jiang Guoyu, an engineer and technician responsible for the technical development of the project, said that the core of our scientific and technological bottleneck research is to optimize the cumene alkaline washing process, which can reduce the generation of by-products, eliminate the production fluctuation of the oxidation unit, optimize the project implementation plan, and save more than 3 million yuan
in the process of operation of the phenol acetone plant.

After the implementation of the project, the production capacity of the plant will increase from 120,000 tons / year to 135,000 tons / year, and the annual output value can be increased by 132 million yuan, which can better meet the needs of domestic users and effectively enhance the market competitiveness
of enterprises.
