At the
19th IE Expo China held recently, Linde presented its CIRRUS® modular system
for organic volatile gas control using low-temperature condensing technology.
The CIRRUS® system uses liquid nitrogen to condense VOCs in the gas stream, which has the advantages of safety, cost-effectiveness, simple and reliable technology, and is a comprehensive and comprehensive method
to minimize VOCs emissions.
First of all, the VOCs and hot nitrogen produced by condensation in the CIRRUS® system can be recycled, and no waste water is generated during the condensation process, let alone other types of secondary pollution, which has good environmental safety and harmlessness; Secondly, the investment cost of the CIRRUS® system is also lower than that of thermal oxidation or adsorption process, which has a very high cost performance; In addition, the CIRRUS® system adopts an easy-to-use panel to realize fully automatic system operation control, which can quickly and flexibly match the operation of variable working conditions, greatly reducing the difficulty
of operation and maintenance.
