Tianjin Petrochemical has successfully developed two new chemical fiber products

The two new products jointly developed by Tianjin Petrochemical Industry Department and Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology have passed the technical appraisal of Sinopec, and the products have been unanimously praised
by customers.

The new product development workshop of Tianjin Petrochemical Industry Department has a flexible scientific research and development production line based on multi-functional fibers, which can produce polyester fine denier and various functionally differentiated polyester staple fibers
.
They cooperated with Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology to design the molecular structure of the process of preparing imitation wool fiber with the characteristics of processability of modified polyester and PTT blended and spinned, and produced worsted imitation wool fiber
with comparable performance to wool, strong elongation, elasticity and three-dimensional curl.
At the same time, the molecular structure design and the synergistic effect of organic and inorganic modifiers are also used to solve the problem of difficult dispersion of functional powders, realize the controllable polymerization reaction rate, molecular weight, fiber supramolecular structure and morphological structure, and produce polyester fibers and fabrics
with hygroscopic-moisture-draining, antistatic, anti-ultraviolet and anti-pilling composite functions.
