IFF to merge with DuPont Nutrition and Biotechnology Flavors and Fragrances Inc.
and DuPont today announced that IFF will merge
with DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences to create a consumer goods business
for the food, beverage, home, personal care and health and wellness end markets.

Under the agreement, DuPont shareholders will hold 55.
4 percent of the new company, with IFF's existing shareholders holding the remaining 44.
