Clariant to sell its Masterbatches business for $1.
5 billion Cleariant has agreed to sell its global Masterbatches business
(excluding India) to Polyone for $1.
5 billion, with expected payment upon completion of the transaction in the third quarter of 2020

In addition, the Board of Directors of Clariant Chemicals (India) Limited approved the sale of Clariant's masterbatches business in India for approximately USD 60 million

Both transactions are subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals

for us.
Following the successful divestiture of the medical packaging business in October 2019, the sale of the Masterbatches business is an important step towards
achieving the strategy we identified in 2015.
