first time.
Under the action of the catalytic distillation column, the etherification reaction and separation are carried out at the same time, constantly breaking the reaction equilibrium, so that the reaction is carried out in the direction of generating dimethyl ether, and finally the methanol conversion rate reaches more than

The top of the tower obtains a dimethyl ether product with a purity of more than 99.
5%, which can meet the purity requirements of aerosol without further refining and separation

The maximum methanol content in the effluent water from the tower does not exceed 300ppm, which can be directly discharged to the sewage treatment plant without methanol recovery

This technology has the advantages of
short process flow, low reaction temperature, no gasification of raw materials, no side reactions, low energy consumption, and high product purity.
It solves the problems of long process flow of
traditional gas phase method, high reaction temperature, high energy consumption, methanol raw materials need to be gasified, low conversion rate, methanol needs to be refined and recovered, and dimethyl ether products need to be refined.
Compared with the traditional gas phase method, the energy consumption of this technology is about 60% of the gas phase method, the investment is about 90% of the gas phase method (calculated by 200,000 tons/year dimethyl ether plant), and the production and operating cost per ton of dimethyl ether is reduced by about 70 yuan, which can greatly improve the competitive advantage and profit margin
of dimethyl ether production enterprises.
