Iraqi Oil Minister Ihsan Abdul Jabbar revealed on Tuesday that Iraq plans to boost oil production to 8 million barrels
per day by the end of 2027.

Assem Jihad, a spokesman for the Ministry of Oil, said in an interview with the media that oil producers have reconsidered their plans
due to the challenges facing the oil market.

"Capacity growth is calculated based on variables and developments in the oil market, and it is impossible to predict what the oil market will look like," Jihad said
.
