The main components of the project are the main engineering, storage and transportation of 750,000 tons / year propane dehydrogenation unit, 300,000 tons / year butanol unit, 2'100,000 tons / year acrylic acid and ester unit, and 333,000 tons / year SAP device.
The project intends to use imported propane as a raw material to produce propylene through the process of propane dehydrogenation to propylene ( PDH ) for the production of downstream acrylic acid ( AA ), butanol, isobutyraldehyde, butyl acrylate ( AEB ), and super absorbent resin ( SAP ) and other chemical products.
After completion of the project, it can produce propylene 75 tons, butyl acrylate 40 tons SAP10 tons acrylate 40 tons butanol 27.
