The total investment of the 300,000-ton/year caprolactam project of Yankuang Lunan Chemical Co.
The project adopts the international advanced process technology for the production of caprolactam by ammoximation method.
The process units are mainly cyclohexanone unit, caprolactam unit (including ammoximation unit, liquid phase rearrangement unit, neutralization crystallization unit), hydrogen peroxide unit, sulfuric acid unit (among which the cyclohexanone unit is a single line with a single line production capacity of 270,000 ton/year; hydrogen peroxide unit is a single line with a single line production capacity of 400,000 tons/year; sulfuric acid unit is a single line with a single line production capacity of 400,000 tons/year; ammonia oximation unit is a single line with a single line production capacity of 300,000 tons/year etc.
