In order to ensure the smooth connection of Order 7 and Order 12 , further optimize the business environment, and minimize the burden on enterprises, combined with the opinions and suggestions of relevant enterprises, comprehensive consideration of the actual difficulties of the enterprise and the relevant provisions of the Administrative Licensing Law, it has been accepted under Order 7 .
