In order to meet the needs of food processing, there are more and more forms of food additive intermediate products
Food additive preparations refer to formula products containing one or more food additives, food enzymes and/or nutrients, to which food additives and/or food ingredients are added to facilitate the storage, sale, standardization, dilution and dispersion of additives
Food additive preparations are different from compound food additives
At present, there are no special standards and regulations for the management of food additive preparations in China, and there are only relevant regulations for some preparations
At present, China's regulations on the use of excipients in food additives have different levels of regulations in different standards
The quality specifications of some food additives stipulate the relevant provisions that allow the use of food raw materials and secondary additives in food additives.
"National Food Safety Standard for Use of Food Additives" and "National Food Safety Standard for Food Flavor" respectively stipulate that "Food flavors may contain food flavor accessories (including food additives and food) necessary for their production, storage and application.
