Prysmian Group has introduced a new organisational structure and has begun integration
with Universal Cable.

With its global headquarters in Milan, the newly formed Group has sales of more than 11 billion euros and employs around 30,000 people in 112 plants and 25 R&D centers in more than 50 countries
.
The integration with Universal Cable further expands the range of technologies and products offered by the Prysmian Group
.
The balance of shares by geographical region varies greatly: North America now accounts for about 1/3 of the Group's sales, and the North American headquarters is located in Highland Heads, Kentucky, with 23 plants and around 5,800 employees
.
