On November 19, it was learned from East China University of Science and Technology that the school recently signed a multi-nozzle opposed coal-water slurry gasification technology patent implementation license with Inner Mongolia Baofeng Coal-based New Materials Co.

It is reported that the gasifier used in this project is a super-large gasifier (single unit) planned to be built by the national "13th Five-Year" key research and development plan project undertaken by East China University of Science and Technology and Yankuang Group (now Shandong Energy Group).

The 4×1 million tons/year coal-to-olefins demonstration project plans to build 20 single-furnace multi-nozzle opposed coal-water slurry gasifiers with a daily processing capacity of 4000 tons of coal, 15 openings and 5 preparations, and the total effective gas capacity of the installation (CO+H ₂ ) 3.
