Infineum and Entegris have announced that they have reached a firm agreement to acquire Entegris' pipeline and industrial materials businesses, including Entegris' Specialty Chemicals and Engineering Materials division, as well as various drag relief businesses for pipeline operations

The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2022, subject to required regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions
