On June 24, 2022, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued an announcement to make the first announcement on Toluene Di-Isocyanate (TDI) with an isomer ratio of 80:20 originating in or imported from China, Japan and South Korea.
The second anti-dumping sunset review final ruling recommends continuing to implement 5-year anti-dumping measures against the products involved in the above-mentioned countries.
