India made the second anti-dumping sunset review final ruling on China-related fully oriented yarn, fully drawn yarn, spun drawn yarn and polyester flat yarn

2020 11 Yue 23 days, Indian Commerce and Industry announced that, originating in or imported from China and Thailand fully oriented yarn, fully drawn yarn, spun drawn yarn and polyester flat yarn ( All Fully Drawn or Fully Oriented Yarn/Spin Draw Yarn/Flat Yarn of Polyester ) made the final ruling of the second anti-dumping sunset review, suggesting to continue to impose a five- year anti-dumping duty on the products involved in the case in China , the tax amount is 547 US dollars / metric ton; at the same time, it is not recommended to continue to levy the products involved in the case in Thailand.
