On February 1, 2016, the Anti-dumping Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued an announcement that it decided to launch an anti-dumping investigation on wind turbine castings imported from China at the application of its domestic industry, which mainly involved products
under the 8503 tariff number of Indian Customs.

The wind turbine anti-dumping case was investigated from April 2014 to September 2015
.
The interested party shall submit information
to the investigating authority within 40 days from the date of filing the case.
