Superfos, a company of Berry Global, recently launched a new SuperLight ultra-light ready-to-eat food drum lunch box, which has been proved to be the ideal packaging by Italian ready-to-eat food company MakeGusto
.
Composed of separate plastic layers and cardboard layers for easy recycling SuperLight uses a combination of separate plastic layers and cardboard layers to provide a user-friendly convenience food experience
.
The independent inner layer of the packaging is made of high temperature-resistant plastic, while the independent outer layer of the cup uses a cardboard layer, which allows users to easily take the lunch box without worrying about the high temperature inside the lunch box
.
Francesco Loconte, Product Development Manager at Antaar &S, which specializes in ready-to-eat meals, explains: “We want to bring the traditional flavours of Italy to countries outside of Europe and make our rice and pasta more convenient for consumers.
“SuperLight meal boxes enable fast and smooth processing on our filling line
.
The MakeGusto instant food range includes 5 categories, each of which is packaged in 400ml SuperLight lunch boxes and sold
.
Antaar&S is optimistic about the future of the MakeGusto range, with market indications that the packaging will be able to cater to consumers in South America, the US and some Eastern markets
