In order to thoroughly implement the spirit and work deployment of the "Guiding Opinions of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Promoting the Green Development of the Petrochemical Industry" (Development and Reform Industry [2017] No.
2105), establish the direction of green development of chemical parks, and lead the whole industry to improve the level of
green cycle and low-carbon development.
Under the guidance of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation has started the declaration and release of
the "Green Chemical Industry Park (Construction Period)" in 2022 on the basis of the "Directory of Green Chemical Parks (2021 Edition)".
Please refer to the "Administrative Measures for the Directory of Green Chemical Industry Parks (Trial)" (see Annex 1), prepare materials according to the "Description of Application Materials for Green Chemical Parks (Construction Period)" (see Annex 2), fill in the "2022 Green Chemical Industry Park (Construction Period) Declaration Form" (see Annex 3) truthfully, and submit the declaration materials to the Chemical Park Working Committee of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (in triplicate) before November 15,
2022.
