Chemical manufacturer Huntsman has launched a series of new materials specifically for 3D printi.
Huntsman's new material is sold under the name IROPRINT and can be used in SLA, HSS and FFF technologi.
“Prior to launching the collection, we have been building relationships with key technology partners who in turn work with some of the largest footwear brands in the world,” added Peyss.

The company also has a partnership with Under Armour, a sports bra.
Huntsman IROPRINT Materials
Huntsman IROPRINT MaterialsWith plans to expand in the near future, the Huntsman IROPRINT family currently includes three product lines:
- IROPRINT R resins for reductive polymerization processes such as SLA and SLP
- IROPRINT P powder, especially for high speed sintering (HSS) for voxeljet and Xaar applications
- IROPRINT F filament for the FFF process
IROPRINT P and IROPRINT F materials currently include flexible TPU formulations used in the manufacture of midsoles and other sports equipme.
The first public preview of the IROPRINT collection will be presented at the K plastics and rubber trade fair in Düsseldorf, Germany, from 16 to 23 October 201
