    Sinochem News reported on July 13 that the Hungarian government declared a state of energy emergency to deal with the energy crisis caused by the conflict between Russia and Ukraine and EU sanctions against Russia, said Gujas Gergej, Minister of the Prime Minister's Office of Hungary
