On August 30, the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and other three departments jointly announced the list of the fourth batch of relocation and transformation of chemical production enterprises within 1 km along the river in Hunan Province

According to the announcement, Cili County Donglai Biotechnology Co.

In addition, 5 companies in the original list of chemical companies along the Yangtze River for relocation and transformation agreed to change their names, and 7 companies agreed to adjust the type of relocation and transformation (all were adjusted from relocation to closure)

Hunan Province requires that newly added chemical companies along the Yangtze River to encourage relocation must relocate into a compliant chemical park, and strictly follow the time node and reverse the construction period to ensure high-quality completion of the relocation and transformation tasks
