Huawei, a leading PV inverter manufacturer, has confirmed that it has chosen to offer a fully digital "FusionSolar" smart PV solution
to Spain's first subsidy-free PV power plant.
It is understood that the photovoltaic power plant project is built
by the renewable energy company BayWa r.

Huawei said it will provide fully digital smart PV solutions, including SUN2000-60KTL and SUN2000-100KTL inverters, to the 170MWp Don Rodrigo plant under construction, which is expected to be completed
by the end of 2018.
Huawei's main account director in Europe revealed, "By establishing an open and collaborative relationship, we can continue to create more value and better experience for our customers, and create more value
for more innovative PV ecosystems.
" Huawei's Don Rodrigo for smart series inverters will set the benchmark
for the digitalization of the Spanish solar industry.

The plant will also be based on a 1500V architecture to reduce BOS (System Balancing) costs
