Huataisheng ethylene-rich propane dehydrogenation unit includes raw material pretreatment, cracking and separation units.
Since the piling of the project on April 24, 2018, the company's leadership team has been closely deployed and meticulously managed, overcoming the adverse effects caused by the epidemic and other factors, and advancing the construction, project completion and production preparations in an orderly manner; The determination and belief of bones and high-quality casting products, completed various tasks strictly according to the time node, and successfully completed key tasks such as large-scale hoisting, single building acceptance, single test of cracking furnace and core unit turbine, and unit start-up.
The test run is an important link before the official start of the Huatai Shengfu light hydrocarbon utilization project, and its operation results are related to the stability of the production after the official start-up of the device
The successful completion of the commissioning test marks that the ethylene propane dehydrogenation unit has officially achieved production capacity, creating good conditions for the downstream 400,000 tons/year polyethylene unit and 300,000 tons/year styrene unit to be put into trial operation
