On July 17, the National Space Science Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences built the space radiation effect analysis test platform and The HuaiRou (50MeV) Proton Cyclotron Facility (HuaiRou Proton Cyclotron Facility, HRPCF) had a trial run of the beam, and the protons with an energy of about 30MeV were extracted and transferred to the experimental terminal of the experimental hall, and a 2nA/cm 2 was obtained on a fluorescent target with a diameter of 15cm .
The beam current, shown in Figure 1, lays the foundation for subsequent full-scale commissioning
.
The HRPCF facility is mainly composed of main magnet, main coil, high frequency system, vacuum system, ion source and injection line, beam pipeline, control system, dose monitoring and safety interlock system, etc.
The complete layout is shown in Figure 2
.
The operation services of this facility can be used for the displacement damage effect of optoelectronic and linear devices related to space science, technology and application in China, the single event effect of low-orbit spacecraft, the radiation damage effect of solar cells, the safety of astronauts, and the biological radiation effect of space biology research.
It provides important simulation experimental support for the research, development and application of such
