Recently, the People's Government of Fujian Shaxian County and the Fujian Branch of Huadian Group signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement, and the two sides will carry out project investment cooperation
in clean energy fields such as onshore wind power, hydropower and photovoltaic power generation.

The signing of this strategic cooperation framework agreement is another breakthrough in the docking of projects between Shaxian County and central enterprises, which is conducive to promoting the development and construction of clean energy fields and infrastructure projects in Shaxian County, and promoting the transformation and upgrading
of the county's economy.

According to the agreement, Huadian Fujian Branch will invest and develop onshore wind power projects in Daluo Township, Xiamao Township, Zhenghu Township and Huyuan Township according to the actual situation of wind resources in Sha County, with a total installed capacity of 190,000 kilowatts and a total investment of more than 1.
8 billion yuan

The two sides will also jointly carry out preliminary research on pumped storage projects, make full use of Huadian Fujian Branch's photovoltaic power generation experience, and plan photovoltaic power generation projects in related
parks.
