Recently, Honeywell announced that Solstice® Enhance solvent based on a new generation of hydrofluoroolefin (HFO) breakthrough technology has completed the registration of new cosmetic raw materials with the State Drug Administration of China (record number: Guozhuang Yuan Bei Zi 20220017), and It is expected to be officially included in the China Cosmetics Raw Materials Catalog after the monitoring period expires.
